How to view the EA Advanced Support Info for a device
1.
Navigate to the Device and choose the E-Automate
tab
2. Click info icon "Get Equipment By..."
3. The "Advanced Support Info" window allows you to see many of the EA details for that device. Either scroll through or ctrl+f to find the category you are looking for.
