ThreatLocker has been seen to corrupt java files during updates causing the install to fail. If Threat Locker is installed on the client's network please follow workaround below.

Workaround:

Block access to updates.ekmglobal.com to prevent a remote upgrade. Only manually upgrade these DCAs to ensure you are able to allow or accept threat locker prompts when upgrading the DCA.
